POWDER COATING SERVICE
The development of the company, care for the environment and the possibility of offering the most comprehensive services, led to the decision to build a powder paint shop, which today covers an area of 770 m2, and is equipped with technological lines for the powder coating of steel, as well as that of aluminum. In particular, we highlight the possibility of painting hot-dip galvanized steel using Duplex technology.

COATING SERVICE IN NUMBERS
We work with steel, aluminum, hot-dip galvanized and galvanized steel. The dimensions of the painted workpieces are limited only by the volume of the furnace, which allows us to treat objects with dimensions of: 6.5 m x 1.5 m x 2 m and a maximum weight of 250 kg. We paint according to color charts. We have RAL, NCS and DB paint charts at our disposal. We select paints according to customer specifications.

The cleaning process is carried out using the closed circuit blasting method with a sharp-edged shot to a surface preparation grade:
