Färgskrapan is an innovative 15-story skyscraper with a multicolored façade that has quickly become a new Sollentuna landmark. The property is one of the largest district courts in Sweden, located on the upper floors, while the first floor of the building is dedicated to retail, service, and catering activities, conveniently connected to a pedestrian zone under the railroad line. The general contractor, SKANSKA, reached out to proven subcontractors to execute this project, which covers a total of 17,000 square meters. We were very pleased to supply all types of railings for the building, which was designed with the consideration of the environment, and was awarded a BREEAM certificate of Excellence.
