In the Topiel 18 project, developed by WARBUD S.A. in Warsaw's Powiśle district, we made self-supporting glass balustrades and steel balustrades filled with flat bars, galvanized and powder-coated in gold. The color discipline maintained in the building, based on gold and black, brought a very elegant and sophisticated effect. The spiral staircase we made is located in the two-level penthouse apartments and leads to the roof, terrace, or garden.  The modern apartment building, with its cascading form and subdued color scheme, fits aesthetically into the local context with its purity of form and refined finishes.
