In cooperation with Sagax, IN3PRENÖR has constructed four buildings for parking, retail, offices as well as light industry in Västberga.

The buildings are designed for a variety of tenants, with entresol and high-storage warehouses, as well as terraces with parking and loading areas and traffic circles. Ergonomic and modern, the buildings form a closed system for light industry, with our steel staircases and substructures on the building's roofs, blending in with the design of buildings created to optimize space efficiency.
